kvz builds automation software for businesses. This page explains what we collect and why. It is short because we collect almost nothing.
Who we are
The data controller is Korbvazi (trading as kvz), Merani Business Center, 42 Shota Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi 0108, Georgia. We are a one-person business, so we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. For anything about your data, contact hello@kvz.ge.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us or use the contact links on this site, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.
- Anonymous site analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, keeps no raw IP address, and does not track you across other sites. It records only aggregated, anonymous figures such as page views and referring sites.
- Anonymous performance analytics. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, who host this site. It is cookieless, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other sites. It records aggregated, anonymous page views and real-user performance measurements, such as how fast pages load.
We do not use advertising trackers or social media pixels. We do not sell or share your data, and we make no automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and discuss possible work — this is taking steps at your request before any contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To understand and improve the site, using anonymous aggregate analytics only — our legitimate interest.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Service providers
We use a few providers to run the business: an email provider to receive and answer your messages, and Cloudflare to host and serve this site. They handle data only to provide those services to us, under their own security terms, never for their own purposes. Some may process data outside Georgia; where they do, we rely on their safeguards for international transfers.
Keeping the site secure
Our hosting edge inspects incoming requests to protect the site from attacks and abuse. As part of this it processes visitors' IP addresses, and keeps them only for as long as needed for that security purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and available. This data is used only for security — never for analytics, marketing or profiling.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed for our discussion and any work that follows, then delete it. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.
Your rights
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, and to correct, delete, block or stop using it, and you can object to our use of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@kvz.ge; we respond within the time the law allows (10 working days under Georgian law).
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may instead complain to your local data protection authority.
A data breach
If a breach ever put your data at risk, we would notify Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service, and you where the law requires it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
